"I learned so much in my time at Gusto al Borgo, mainly an appreciation for the preparation, the quality ingredients, and the warm hospitality of Paola and Franco. I loved learning how to make pastas, breads, and authentic Italian dishes from scratch. It was a genuine Italian experience that I still reflect on everyday since I’ve been home. This is the first place I will go when I return to Italy.
